NSW Health: e-learning technical training

NSW Health needed to train new staff in the policies and procedures associated with rostering and swapping shifts.

I was hired to develop an e-learning module that had bold images and interactions to transmit knowledge.

I wrote the script, created a storyboard for approval, and used Adobe Illustrator to develop the images, and Storyline to create the interactions. 

Feedback post implementation indicated 95% of learners were completing their training within the first week of starting.
